Her work focuses on sustainable development, organisational transformation, leadership development and responsible business, helping organisations create lasting impact through people-centred solutions.
As Founder of TAAI Consultancy, Tokunbo leads the development of leadership and organisational transformation programmes that integrate Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Cultural Intelligence (CQ), equipping leaders and organisations to thrive in the AI age through more inclusive, resilient and human-centred leadership. Her professional background includes technology sector experience, having worked in Amazon’s Legal Department on technology law matters. She has also contributed to international dialogue on sustainable development through the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women (CSW). Tokunbo is the creator of the EQ + CQ Activation Cards™, a practical leadership tool designed to strengthen collaboration, communication and organisational performance. She is also the Founder of ChiYoWo (Children, Youth and Women), a non-profit organisation advancing sustainable development through leadership, education and community empowerment. Her work is guided by the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), reflecting a lifelong commitment to responsible leadership, social impact and the creation of sustainable futures for people, organisations and communities.
